Testing out my new Samsung Gear 360 and doing my Calf Workout at the same time. Here are the guidelines to this calf routine:
1.Pick 2-3 Calf exercises as long as one is the Seated Calf Raise.
2.Start with Seated Calf Raise.
3.Use a weight that allows for at least 20-30 reps no less on seated calf raise.
4.Use heavier weight for the straight leg calf exercises with explosive movement for 10 reps.
5.Weight used must allow for proper form for said reps.
6.Proper form is: full contraction at the top tippy toes and full stretch on the bottom, think of this backslash symbol "/" that's how your feet should look from the very top to the very bottom.
7.Make a goal to go a little heavier each workout with the same high reps on seated calf raise and heavier weight on the straight leg calf exercises.
8.Do this routine at least 2x a week with a day of rest in between.
